The annual VisionWalk for the Foundation Fighting Blindness will be held in September 2009.  The walk is being held at Denver's beautiful City Park.  Watch this space for more information about date and time.  Plan on joining us for a fun walk for a great cause!

Special Ties Volunteers participate in the annual Foundation Fighting Blindness VisionWalk every year.  We have helped raise thousands of dollars for research into innovative treatments for Retinitis Pigmentosa, Macular Degeneration, Usher Syndrome and other Retinal diseases. Please join us!

     The mission of Special Ties is to facilitate the sharing of our human and

financial resources to help fulfill specific needs of community nonprofit

organizations.  This is accomplished by:

  • Volunteers of Tundra Specialties.
  • Providing one-time essential resources where gaps exist.
  • Maintaining ongoing service relationships with a limited number of nonprofits.
